Pre-order Terms

Pre-ordering reserves a piece before it is made, at a discount, and you are charged

at checkout.

1. Dispatch dates are estimates

We publish an expected dispatch date for every pre-order. Handmade production

timelines move, and that date is an estimate rather than a guarantee.

We build in a buffer of 15 working days past the published date.

Beyond that buffer, we issue a **credit voucher worth 10% of your order value for

each further 7 working days** of delay, up to a maximum of 50% of order value.

Vouchers are issued automatically — you do not need to ask — and each is valid for

30 days from issue.

Pre-orders may be cancelled from your account at any time **before the piece enters

production**. Once production begins, clause 1 of the Returns Policy applies.

The discount applies only while the pre-order window is open, and is forfeited if

you cancel. It cannot be applied retrospectively to an order placed after launch,

and does not combine with other promotional codes unless stated.

Where a pre-order allocation is limited and demand exceeds it, pieces are allocated

in order of payment received. Where we cannot fulfil a pre-order at all, it is

refunded in full to the original payment method.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the

Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
