These terms govern your use of prettyluxeatelier.com and any order you place.

1. About us

2. Products

We make custom-engraved stainless steel tiffins and luxury goods. Every piece is

produced to order by hand. Photographs are representative; small variations in

finish, engraving depth and colour are inherent to handmade work.

3. Orders and pricing

or where a delivery address cannot be verified.

4. Cancellation

Because every piece is made to order, orders cannot be cancelled once production

begins. See the Returns Policy, clause 1.

5. Delivery

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by

customs, carriers, or incorrect information supplied by you.

6. Returns

Set out in full in our Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Vouchers and promotions

vouchers, or exploiting a pricing or promotional error entitles us to cancel the

affected orders and reverse the benefit.

8. Fraudulent claims

Claims found to be materially false entitle us to void outstanding vouchers,

recover amounts already refunded, suspend the account, and report the matter to the

South African Fraud Prevention Service and to the police where warranted.

9. Chargebacks

Chargebacks raised without first contacting support are contested with proof of

delivery and order records. Where a chargeback is reversed in our favour, the

account may be restricted to prepayment for future orders.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site — images, text, logos and product designs — belongs to

Pretty Luxe Atelier and may not be reproduced without written consent.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded,

including under the Consumer Protection Act. Subject to that, our liability for any

order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa.

13. Disputes

Contact [support@prettyluxeatelier.com] first — most matters are resolved quickly.

You may also refer a complaint to the National Consumer Commission.
