Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of prettyluxeatelier.com and any order you place.
1. About us
[Registered company name], trading as Pretty Luxe Atelier.
[Company registration number] · [Registered address] · [VAT number if registered]
2. Products
We make custom-engraved stainless steel tiffins and luxury goods. Every piece is
produced to order by hand. Photographs are representative; small variations in
finish, engraving depth and colour are inherent to handmade work.
3. Orders and pricing
- Prices are shown in your selected currency and may change without notice.
- An order is accepted when payment is confirmed, not when it is placed.
- We may decline or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, where a
previous claim was found to be false, where stock or a price was listed in error,
or where a delivery address cannot be verified.
- Where an order is cancelled for a listing error, you are refunded in full.
4. Cancellation
Because every piece is made to order, orders cannot be cancelled once production
begins. See the Returns Policy, clause 1.
5. Delivery
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by
customs, carriers, or incorrect information supplied by you.
6. Returns
Set out in full in our Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Vouchers and promotions
- One account per person.
- Creating multiple accounts to obtain repeat first-order discounts, reselling
vouchers, or exploiting a pricing or promotional error entitles us to cancel the
affected orders and reverse the benefit.
- Vouchers are single use, non-transferable, expire as stated, and have no cash
value.
8. Fraudulent claims
Claims found to be materially false entitle us to void outstanding vouchers,
recover amounts already refunded, suspend the account, and report the matter to the
South African Fraud Prevention Service and to the police where warranted.
9. Chargebacks
Chargebacks raised without first contacting support are contested with proof of
delivery and order records. Where a chargeback is reversed in our favour, the
account may be restricted to prepayment for future orders.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this site — images, text, logos and product designs — belongs to
Pretty Luxe Atelier and may not be reproduced without written consent.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded,
including under the Consumer Protection Act. Subject to that, our liability for any
order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa.
13. Disputes
