Pretty Luxe Atelier specializes in custom-engraved stainless steel tiffins and luxury goods. Because these items are personalized specifically for you:

  • Once an order is placed and production begins, modifications or cancellations are strictly prohibited.
  • You are entirely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the text, spelling, and design choices submitted for engraving.
  • Slight variations in engraving color, depth, and placement may occur due to the artisanal nature of the process and the properties of stainless steel.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in your selected currency (default INR). We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. We use secure third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay). By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable payment method for your order total, including shipping and taxes.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Weight-Based Pricing

International and domestic shipping costs may be calculated based on the weight of the items in your order. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and do not constitute a binding guarantee. We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing, carrier issues, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives defective or damaged, or if we made a personalization error contrary to your submitted instructions. If you receive a defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including images, text, logos, and product designs, is the exclusive property of Pretty Luxe Atelier. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without our express written consent.
